1. Order Processing Time All orders are processed and packed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has officially shipped.

2. Estimated Delivery & Transit Times Once your order has been processed and dispatched, standard delivery within the UK takes 3 to 5 business days. (Total expected time from the moment you place your order to delivery at your door: 4 to 7 business days).
