Refund and Returns Policy

Return and Refund Policy

At Bethany Eve Beauty, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help. Please read our return and refund policy carefully to ensure a smooth process.

1. Our 30-Day Return Window We operate a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. If 30 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Return Conditions & Hygiene Exceptions To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the exact same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

  • Beauty & Hygiene Exception: For health and hygiene reasons, we absolutely cannot accept returns on cosmetics, nail gels, skincare, or beauty tools if the original packaging has been opened, or if the hygiene seal has been broken.

3. How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please contact our customer support team at support@bethanyevebeauty.co.uk. Please include:

  • Your Order Number

  • The name of the item you wish to return

  • The reason for the return (and photos if the item arrived damaged)

If your return request is accepted, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the exact shipping address to send your package to. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: If your product arrives damaged, defective, or we sent you the wrong item, Bethany Eve Beauty will cover the full cost of return shipping. We will provide a prepaid return label.

  • Customer Remorse / Change of Mind: If you ordered the wrong item, or simply changed your mind, you (the customer) will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return the item. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. The Refund Process Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the item.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment.

  • Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the funds to securely process and appear in your bank account or on your credit card statement.

6. Late or Missing Refunds If you haven’t received a refund after 7 business days, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@bethanyevebeauty.co.uk.
