📦 Shipping & Orders
How long will it take to receive my order? All orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days. Once dispatched, standard UK delivery usually takes between 3 to 5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way!
How can I track my order? Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update in the courier’s system.
Can I change or cancel my order? We process orders quickly to get them to you as fast as possible! If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please email us at support@bethanyevebeauty.co.uk within 24 hours of placing it. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to change or cancel it.
💅 Product Questions
Do I need a UV/LED lamp for the Semi-Cured Gel Nail Stickers? Yes! Our semi-cured nail stickers are made of real gel polish that is only partially cured. To get that hard, salon-quality, long-lasting finish, you must cure them under a UV or LED nail lamp for 60 seconds after applying them to your nails.
How do I remove the gel nail stickers or poly gel? To avoid damaging your natural nails, never forcefully peel off gels or wraps! Gently lift the edges using a wooden cuticle stick. You can apply a little cuticle oil or use a standard nail polish remover to help dissolve the adhesive as you gently lift them away.
Are the Poly Gel Kits suitable for beginners? Absolutely! Poly gel is thicker than traditional hard gels, meaning it won’t run or move until you cure it under the lamp. This gives you plenty of time to sculpt and perfect your nail shape before setting it.

What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on cosmetics, gels, or nail tools if the hygiene seal has been broken or the item has been used.
What if my item arrives damaged? We are so sorry if this happens! Please email us immediately at support@bethanyevebeauty.co.uk with your order number and a clear photo of the damaged item, and we will arrange a replacement or refund for you right away.
How do I contact customer service? The best way to reach us is by emailing support@bethanyevebeauty.co.uk. We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours during regular business hours (Monday – Friday).
